My life’s work is centered around my impulse and passion to walk with people into intimate spaces and places. To guide them to know themselves and what is theirs to do. To be with them as they gather the courage to shine.
I'm proud of the one-to-one guidance I offer for people and personal brands. I'm proud of the impact that allows them to create in this world we share.
Yet I‘ve always been curious about my own expression, courage, and desire to shine. Like so many of us with creative desires, I’ve been haunted by the fear—and memory—of criticism, laughter, and crickets. I had creative injuries to begin to face and heal before I could build the courage to express at all, much less the free, vulnerable, wild, and honest voice that I’m desperate to see—and be—in the world.
It’s taken a barrage of identity-crumbling life transitions and a longer than anticipated sabbatical to inspire me to enter my own laboratory to experiment with my creative expression, to gather my courage, and to get out of the way so I can shine. And to answer my heart’s desire to build a deeper and broader like-minded and -hearted community who want to explore identity, to gather courage together, and to get out of our own way to shine as individuals and collective(s).

My heart’s desire is that this becomes a “we” thing. Knowing who we are and shining as individuals is an essential first step in knowing who we are and shining as a collective.

About Me
My life has been a story of all the dualities that make the human experience…well, human.
I’ve founded companies; guided many friends, clients, and strangers home to shine; raised one of the best humans I know; been loved by too many people to count; and known ecstasy, grace, and forgiveness that I surely wasn’t owed.
I’ve also known anxiety, depression, narcolepsy, divorce (marital and professional), blending families, death of a vision, a child leaving home, aging parents, and the impacts of mental illness on a family system.
My life has also been a story of awakening, of a sacred remembering of who I am, who we all are: something ancient and timeless and true that pulses through our veins intermingled with DNA.
I cause myself deep suffering each time I force myself to choose between my human and my spiritual selves. I release myself from suffering each time I embrace all my parts, human and spiritual.
The more true I am to the call of my own selves—human and spiritual—the more open, present, aligned, and free I am. And the more available I am to you and us and the collective.
As for the what: I’m an Identity Coach, Brand Map Maker, and Writer.
My background is in brand, depth psychology, cultural anthropology, and mystical practices. I was an owner/partner at Conscious Leadership Group from 2018-2024. Previously, I founded and led a branding agency and a yoga therapy practice.
